Megan Flinn. Founder & CEO

Megan founded and exited her first tech company in her twenties, providing software solutions trusted by worldwide businesses and brands including Nike, NASA, Northrop Grumman, American Greetings and RR Donnelley.

The through-line: bringing emerging tech (now AI) into businesses to achieve exponential time, revenue and profit gains.

Since then, she’s continued to bring that same caliber of strategy, tech and speed to success to SMBs and nonprofits across industries.

Our Intelligent Scale™ approach begins with the step most AI adoption skips entirely: strategically mapping AI into the precise architecture of an existing business before adding or customizing a single AI tool. It’s that sequencing that helps our clients streamline and leverage AI as a multiplier and why clients continually see exponential gains in time, profit and revenue – with the focus on doing less better, not more.

Megan has works across multiple frontier platforms including Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot and Perplexity for years and has chosen Claude as an internal core AI platform.

In Q2 2026 we will be featuring Claude integration and customization to help founder led businesses who want to intentionally scale to a radically lean and high margin business in this new AI era.

Megan’s home base is in Maine and she’ll be traveling extensively throughout the US and Canada in 2026 to host in person Intelligent Scale Accelerators and retreats.
